As I mentioned in the last post, 2020 was … what it was. And it’s time for a fresh start with a lot of grand plans that didn’t quite come to pass last year! Daily Prayer Journals – Available on Amazon

Well, 2020 is almost over and I’m a little sad I wasn’t able to complete very many items on my “to do” list for Delight Design.  But, 2020 was what it was, with a lot of stress, anxiety, and everyone-at-home-time which didn’t lend itself to creativity. In addition to that, we dealt with some pretty serious health issues. Thankfully our family is coming out the other side of the health stuff and now that Christmas is over and we’re looking at a new year in just a couple of days, I’m taking a big breath and tackling the long overdue list in a fresh and hopeful way.

SO! I’m so excited to be adding new journal and planner designs to Amazon. Earlier this year, I designed several new Prayer Journals for Laura at Heavenly Homemakers. These five designs are currently available for purchase on Amazon and I’m working on adding Daily Planners to match!


A couple of them show the inside, but not all five do, so here’s a quick look at the simple inside design:

I love designing more than most anything else, and am hoping to get busy with a variety of new collections and themes for 2021. I’ll be adding new stickers and favors to the shop, as well as listing all the new items on zazzle, red bubble, amazon and more! Happy New Year!

Growing and Changing…

Delight Design was born in 1998 and has evolved several times in the last 21 years. I have loved being the owner of this business and am so proud of what it has become in two decades.

For the last 11 years, I’ve been a seller on etsy and for about 10 of those years, it was a wonderful experience. I was able to grow my business in ways I never hoped or thought possible, and for that I’ll always be thankful. However… in the last couple of years, since the etsy company went public, the powers-that-be have made changes to how they run THEIR business, and this has directly affected how I run MY business.

I’ve ridden lots of waves on etsy over the years, but the last few big changes they have made have been tough ones for me as a seller. Because of that, I’ve been slowly working on developing a presence OFF-etsy (although I will probably always maintain a presence there). ALL that to say, I’d love for you to continue to follow me here, but please consider shopping from me here through my website shop.

I’d also love for you to share with friends and folks who might be interested in what I have to offer, AND encourage them to join me at Instagram or join my mailing list to keep up with ALL the latest news, discounts and even freebies! I am looking forward to all the ways Delight Design will continue to grow and expand in 2019 and for the next 20+ years!
